Registration receipts will be available for picking up at the registration desk during the conference for participants who will physically attend the conference onsite and for email delivery after the conference (starting on June 5, 2021) for participants who will virtually attend the conference online.
2. Workshop/Tutorial Registration: All PAID conference registrations and IEEE Life Member registration include access to all ICRA 2021 Workshops and Tutorials. If you are only attending the Workshops and Tutorials or if your registration category is free, then you need to register at the “No-paper Upload (Physical Onsite)” category to attend the ICRA 2021 Workshops and Tutorials. Once you registered for the Workshops and Tutorials, then you will automatically have access to all ICRA 2021 conference sessions and activities. There is no registration category for “Workshops and Tutorials Only”.

Authors have received their paper acceptance e-mails on February 28, 2021. Authors who have not uploaded their accepted papers and have not registered by March 25, 2021 (23:59:59 US Pacific time), including papers (with 6+n pages) exceeding the 6+n page limit (excluding accepted RA-L papers with ICRA option, TRO, and RAM papers) in the final submitted paper version,will have their paper removed from the program and the proceedings.

Registration can be submitted by completing the online form. Registration must be completed and payment received by March 25, 2021 (23:59:59 US Pacific time) for paper authors who submit accepted final papers and to incur the early-bird rates. The registration rates are listed in the table below.
All fees are quoted in Chinese Yuan RMB with equivalent US dollars.
All registrations cover Electronic Proceedings and all Virtual Online Workshops/Tutorials.Physical onsite registrations also include all breaks, lunches, welcome reception, banquet and social events.
Author registrations include accepted final paper uploads: Non-student registrations can upload 2 papers; student registrations can upload 1 paper.

1. Social events:Refers to the Welcome Reception (Tuesday, June 1, 2021), Conference Banquet (Wednesday, June 2, 2021) and Tour of the Museum of the Terracotta Warriors (Friday，June 4，2021).
2. Paper Uploads:In order to submit the final paper or video submission at least one of the authors must register by March 25, 2021 (23:59:59 US Pacific time). Authors who pay non-student registration fee are allowed to upload up to 2 accepted papers and all student registrations are limited to one paper upload. Papers without an author registration by March 25, 2021 (23:59:59 US Pacific time) and the papers that do not meet the 6+n page limit (excluding accepted RA-L papers with ICRA option, TRO, and RAM papers), will be removed from the program and the proceedings. No exceptions will be made. One non-student registration can be used to upload no more than two papers of the same registered author and all associated attachments. If you are an author or co-author of a single accepted paper, your registration cannot be shared or used for uploading a paper for which you are not an author. One student registration can be used to upload only one paper of the student.
3. IEEE Member: In order to register as an IEEE Member, a valid IEEE Membership number needs to be provided at the time of registration.
4. Student: In order to register as a student, a proof of valid student status needs to be provided at the time of registration.
5. Access to the virtual online conference activities needs valid virtual online category registrations.
6. Access to the physical onsite conference activities and social events needs valid physical onsite category registrations.
7. All Workshops/Tutorials will be held virtually online and are free to all registered participants.

To complete your registration process, please fill out the Online Registration Form with uploaded payment proof, student status proof and IEEE membership proof.
For life members and zero payment registrations, please fill out the Online Registration Form with uploaded IEEE life membership proof.
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat at registration@ieee-icra.org. Cancellations of the conference registration made by April 25, 2021 will result in a full refund less RMB¥1,000/US$150 to cover the administration costs. Refunds for cancellations received after April 25, 2021 will only be made on a case by case basis in exceptional circumstances. Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to China or failure to travel to China due to the Covid-19 or other pandemic situations does not constitute a refund. If you are not sure if you will be able to travel to Xi’an, China for the conference, please select virtual online option and then add the difference for onsite registration if you finally can attend the conference physically in Xi’an, China.
All the best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on the conference website. The conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference, for any causes beyond its reasonable control. The Organizing Committee and the Conference Organizers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizing Committee and the Conference Organizers do not accept responsibility for any losses caused by delays and alterations of plans. Participants are advised to take personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions and travel changes.
